As Head of Environmental Strategy for the Civil Aerospace division, Jen is responsible for ensuring that Rolls-Royce meets their Net Zero Commitments and supports customers with their energy transition needs.  Having joined Rolls-Royce in 2011, Jen has held a variety of roles across operations and quality management in the UK and Singapore.

Jen has an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge and is currently studying for an MSc in Sustainable Development with the University of Sussex.
