Eric Perrin
Deputy Head of the Aviation Sustainability Unit at EUROCONTROL
Eric Perrin has more than 25 years’ experience of service in Air traffic Management / Aviation. He joined the Aviation Sustainability Unit at EUROCONTROL as Deputy Head in early 2021, where he is responsible for supporting aviation decarbonisation and climate change adaptation. From 2017 to early 2021, Eric was on secondment from EUROCONTROL to the Single European Sky (SES) Unit of EC’s DG MOVE in charge of regulatory development in the fields of performance and charging, environmental sustainability, artificial intelligence, drones and higher airspace operations. Eric was leading Safety and Human Performance at EUROCONTROL from 2004-2016 and prior to EUROCONTROL he worked as mission engineer within the European GNSS Secretariat (Tripartite agreement between ESA, EC and EUROCONTROL) on EGNOS.
Eric has an Engineering degree in Aeronautics and Computer Science from the French Civil Aviation School (ENAC).
