Raymond is the founder and Executive Chairman of MONTE, a regional aircraft leasing company focused on the transition of the regional aviation industry to net zero emissions through the financing / leasing of zero emission propulsion technologies.

 Raymond has over 30 years’ experience devoted to international and cross-border lease transactions with a heavy concentration in the aircraft and industrial technology sectors. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Bank of America Leasing and Capital International Department for 15 years. He has arranged, structured and managed over US $20bn of aircraft transactions with lessors in multiple jurisdictions around the world.
